About the grant
The Jason Blaine Charitable Fund of the Pembroke Petawawa District Community Foundation (PPDCF), provides a limited number of grants to community projects and services that provide a benefit to the Renfrew County region each year. While the fund is available to all organizations operating within Renfrew County, projects that align with Jason’s charitable giving priorities will be the primary benefactors of the fund.
The priorities include:
- Children and youth
- Mental health initiatives
- Food support
- Family activities
Funding amounts

Grants are awarded in amounts up to $5,000.00.
How to apply

To be considered for a grant, community members and organizations must submit their completed application during the application period. Please find the application below.

2026 Grant

Community groups, organizations, and individuals are eligible to apply.
Organizations are required to complete the application online (please see below). If you wish to receive a paper copy, we would be happy to email you a copy. Please email jasonblainecharity@gmail.com requesting a copy.
We will ask for a brief summary report along with 2 photos that we will use to promote the impact that the Jason Blaine Charitable Fund has had on the community. We will also ask that recipients share the project on their social media outlets as well. Follow-up will be requested.
All applicants will be notified by October 1, 2024 if they have been successful in their application.
